“My favorite thing about being in Noohra is the opportunity to create and play new music with people that are as dedicated to that as I am,” says Ethan.
“This process has deepened my understanding of music itself; I’ve learned things that I could never have learned in any other way,” he continues.
“And so for me,“ Ethan says, “the ultimate goal of Noohra is to make a safe space in which people can hear and appreciate music.”
“My favorite experience with playing music was way back when and a communication we received from a listener on Instagram. He shared that he was severely depressed, and that he had intended to commit suicide that night, but after listening to one of our songs over and over again, he decided not to end it all, and he attributed that to our performance of that song.“
